San Giorgio® Capellini (16 oz.)
From the Latin word "capelli" for "hair", capellini is very thin round pasta strands. It is only slightly thicker than angel hair, our thinnest long shape. Use capellini in entrées, side dishes or broken and cooked in soups. Because it is so thin, avoid thick rich sauces. Best complements for Capellini are lighter tomato, and broth-based sauces, or olive oil tosses.
